Clinique: The Dr. is IN

Sorry for the late post, been very busy. hehe. ^__^


Got so excited when I opened my mail and saw Mira’s invite to this exclusive event.  Though, nauna ko nang nakita yung about sa event sa post ni Kira. 

Met Kira, Mira and Liz at Project Vanity’s Clinique SPArty in Makati.  Liz & Mira were pretty good hostesses so they already have this good impression on me.  Also, since the event is on a Friday(May, 6, 2011) and it will be in Trinoma, opted to come and bring officemates with me. I posted it here and voila… the girls called to reserve their slots. They were able to reserve for the 5:00PM to 5:30PM slot for skin consultation with Clinique’s guest Dermatologist. Told them to wear something girly. Hihi minsan lang naman um-outfit kaya gora na diba? Haha. Here’s what I wore for this event:

From TechnoHub, Eden picked us up and sabay-sabay na kami pumuntang Trinoma. Vanie & Mabel had still work stuff to do so sunod na lang daw sila. Luckily, naka-habol naman sila. ^__^ Was waiting for geishcharles din sana to arrive pero Mira told me na sa Sunday na nga daw punta si Charles. Aww first time sana uli namin magkita nun after the Clinique SPArty. 

Anyway, we arrived late bilang na-stuck kami sa Mindanao Ave. at sa parking area. Haha. Excuses. But, we still went to Clinique’s counter. Clinique’s counter was quite easy to find since pag galing kang Mindanao Ave. entrance, you just turn left and yun na. It was just right beside MAC and tapat lang ng VNC at Ensemble. Clinique’s counter in Trinoma is I think two times bigger than the one they have in Rustan’s Makati. Bongga sa laki. ^__^

The ever jolly Mira was very nice to still accommodate us kahit na late na kami. Haha. We just have to wait nga lang na maubos yung naka-line na nagpa-reserve ng slots. Well, it pays to be late. Haha. Saw Kira and her friend din na naka-salang na for skin consultation. At first kala ko hindi si Kira but when she waved her hand na-realize ko si Kira nga yun. Haha. She’s maputi pala sa personal. Grabeh, ang pretty.  *___* Loved Kira’s shoes at ang nagsusumigaw niyang PINK bag. Haha.

While waiting, I introduced Mira to Eden, Sera and Erin. Later ko pa sila napakilala kay Kira since they’re talking to the doctor pa. Mira was nice enough and nakipag-chikahan and picture-taking din with the girls. Tinour ko na rin sila sa counter, chinika yung experience ko with the samples I got from Clinique last time and how good it felt on my skin. Taught them how to know their skin types and pretty played with the pearl board that Clinique uses to assess skin types. Hmm.  Pede na kong Clinique girl noh? Kulang na lang uniform. Haha. Nung di ko na masagot questions nila,  pasa ko na agad kay Mira or to the roaming Clinique girls. Lol.

Politician and TV Host, Ms. Shalani Soledad, dropped by the Clinique's counter. I think wala syang make-p dyan. Her skin looks great! *jealous girl here* LOL.

This is the first time I was able to chat with Kira since di kami masyado nakapag-kwentuhan nung first time na na-meet ko sya. So sweet of her to remember me kahit mabilisan lang na hi-hello nung una kaming nag-meet. haha. I asked if I can have a picture with her and pumayag naman sya. yay purrfect! I love meeting new people during events like this. :)
